Planners for the annual CARTS Europe conference and exhibits have reacted to recommendations from program committee members and the industry by 'virtualizing' CARTS Europe 2009. ECA will record state-of-the-industry presentations normally made by speakers at this annual event and offer these as conference "webinars" available from the desktop. Specifics on this program will be released soon.
