Services Included
CARTS staff will be present to take care of all arrangements, to answer any questions and to cater to special needs that you and your visitors may have. This means that you, as an exhibitor, only have to look after promoting your products and meeting your customers.

Included in your participation:

The provision of a covered table measuring approximately 2m x 0.5m, together with two chairs.
(Exhibitors may alternately provide their own free-standing display. Any display must not occupy a floor space greater than 3m x 2m.)

Electricity, if ordered in advance.

 

Refreshment breaks and lunch for two persons during exhibition hours.

A mailing list of pre-registered attendees.

Guest passes to encourage exhibitors to invite non-delegate customers during exhibit hours.
Tuesday and Wednesday refreshment breaks, Tuesday buffet lunch, and the Tuesday evening reception will be held in the exhibition area to ensure the maximum possible exhibit exposure.
